So this evening my girlfriend and I have had the unfortunate opportunity of experiencing some of the worst customer service at the Clifton Hill facility in Point Fortin. Had a dish called lake of fire. It was a very well presented dish. Unfortunately that was the pinnacle of it. The potato was without salt or even a hint of taste. The vegetables were more raw than cooked so they were mainly stiff. The chicken wasn't the best and although it was thoroughly cooked but was a bit dry. To top off the insultingly bad food, it took over an hour to arrive at the table and I wasn't even there yet when the order was placed. So the wait staff only let us know that the kitchen was understaffed when we made complaint after we had already waited close to an hour. Although the ambience is nice I would not be returning to this establishment. And to make matters worse they added a 10% service charge to each individual item and not on the entire bill. Definitely not worth a return here as the staff is having issue with us. Why does this always happen?
