the TMZ pic is real... it was leaked to the site by someone working the case. There were however a fake one of her all battered and bruised while on her cell-phone..That one was indeed Photoshoped..But the TMZ one is confirmed to be true....Her family and the police has confirmed its legitimacy and are currently investigating how it was leaked to the media.
