What's the best thing to help with itchy scalp and dandruff. I have long hair and I wash my hair every four days with head and shoulders but after the third day my head starts back to itch and I get alot of flakey scalp. I don't know what to do again.

Use local coconut oil....soak your head and hair with oil...and put on a shower cap for a while and then wash out your hair...best long time treatment....
