I know it have real tec geeks here, its been some time since i have built a pc and i'm not dated with the best parts out their so i need your help.

I have my desktop pc home and i want to add a new motherboard and a new monitor, can you guys tell me a really good motherboard for my pc also i not looking for something expensive

You want AMD based, not expensive, so the two MSI boards are good choices. MSI is a very solid board. I currently have a MSI Nforce 560 mainboard. And its solid as a rock. No problems. On the PRW website check out the MSI AM2 K9AGM4L or
MSI AM2 K9N6SGM. If i may suggest. go with the MSI AM2 K9N6SGM. It has a built-in nvidia geforce GPU (Graphics Processing Unit). So you can run Vista or Windows 7 in Aero mode without having to buy a graphics card. Since the gpu is built in, it will be sharing system memory, so install bout 4gigs (2gig x 2) of ram. You can even drop a dual-core cpu in it. And its listed at $378.00. Yuh cyah go wrong there?

Check Supertech for LCDs. I bought one from there earlier in the year 19inch for $900 and I believe the price has gone down....
