Have any of you all seen the UNIT TRUST INTEREST RATES as of current?. Last month it was 1.95% for the TT$ income fund, This month its 1.54%. I knew it used to be 7 - 10 % the last few years ago and i know due to the recession, interest rates would be low but what puzzles me is that our inflation in this country dropped to almost 1 % and I'm seeing FIRST CITIZENS BANK ABERCROMBIE FUND at interest rates at 2.15% current same 20.00 dollars per unit.
Now I'm thinking UNIT TRUST must be in liquidation and could be in financial trouble. So the next thing i am going to do is take the little saving i have in the UTC and open up and account in FIRST CITIZENS BANK ABERCROMBIE FUND yes
