I remembered a time when networks would give Postpaid customers a better deal because they were monthly paying customers and were under contract. It appears that is not the case any more.
It really shows how messed up digicel really is. From Crappy 3g Hspa+ data they are calling 4g to robbing you your valuable minutes.
Digicel believe that once postpaid customer are locked in contracts they can use you as they wish. Imagine Pre Paid Packages are much more cheaper than Postpaid packages now.
I'm a postpaid customer on plan L and when i hear my family members on a prepaid plan paying much less and getting a better package than me it upsets me.
It's a shock to me that no one has mentioned it anywhere at all.
