Yes i noticed that as well, i believe it looks too much like the defense force vehicle registration numbers. The series going real fast, just last week i saw PDF 232 i think.
I have seen multiple vehicles with "P and T" DG plates. Whats more interesting I must note is that before PDD ever came out i saw PDE 2008 in Kia's showroom and TDE 147 while PDC was still the current series.
