legislation to prohibit formation of gangs

Government is considering a law into legislation to prohibit any future gangs from forming, What do you think about this, will it help or not? give you views

How would he know when a gang is formed???? Of couse he would know, he's the PM... He knows everything and does nothing to help the situation!!!!!

Yeah for real the problem is enforcement. You cant tell when and where. Just like you cant tell when and where most crimes are committed.

Im sure alot more gangs have formed after the deaths of the leaders .... They split up and form there own gangs... Street by street have there own gang....

Prime Minister Kamla Persad-Bissessar yesterday journeyed to Laventille and environs where she praised the people for keeping the peace and encouraged parents to educate their children and uplift their lives....Persad-Bissessar met the people of John John, Beverly Hills and Picton and congratulated them for working with the people to record a successful 10 days without any murders or gunshots in the areas....She showered them with gifts -teacups commemorating this country's 50th anniversary and water bottles..Persad-Bissessar said that a basketball court, a community centre and a children's play park will be built in Beverly Hills.....Speaking at John John, Persad-Bissessar praised Warner, Williams and Maharaj for their efforts in curbing crime in the area and the people for working with the authorities...she promised to continue working with the people there to deal with their issues...buh what will happen when they remove the soldiers from Laventille!!!
