Mr Joseph is the stupidest minister ever elected, could you imagine that after all his crime plans failed that he wants to look at religious leader for help, what bull this is not the time for that fool, after 300 plus murders hundreds of rapes you want to seek out religious leader help come on be serious na man like if that will help. Prays are good yes but enforce the law time for talk done do your job and stop wasting time, reviewing statics, with all the nerve this man has do he not know that every count of rape and murder is someone's child and love one, this kinda of thing does get me so vex you would not even imagine and i don't care who vex at me for saying that he is an A$$hole. Come one people only if your affected by crime then you will see stright.

Is everything this man does wrong?? Would he still be wrong if he did exactly what you said? Why you guys so angry. Allyuh scaring me... Seriously WTF?! One man cannot change things. I dont understand how people could realistically expect politicians to really change the country. I never belived anyone in or out of government could drastically affect our social climate... its just not possible. You're blaming the man for seeking help for things out of his control. What wrong with that? So many people like to scapegoat every single crime committed onto the man.. but the would be just as ineffectual as him.
Sorry for being so antagonistic but i really want to know where all this hostility comes from. If you're completely convinced this man sucks at his job, and that any fool could come up with a solution: then you come up with one. Seriously if any other person could do a better job then why cant it be you.
Try it YOU come up with the mother of all anticrime plans, you run feasibilty studies, you investigate and arrest criminals, you set up security for communities and patrol our borders for drugs and guns. If you come up with reasonable measures that can be implemented AND proven effective them DO IT. I'm not kidding.
It's easy to complain and say how simple it would be to deal with crime. Its easy to get uber emotional and speak your mind. But when it comes to real action the country on a whole fails to put out. It has nothing to do with resources either, the average citizenry has enough human resource to mobilize support for any cause.
Before you jump on my case; Any person or persons you put into that office will still fail. Thats just the nature of this country. Criminals dont business about crime plans or politicians they're criminals regardless. Law breakers break the law regardless of how well it is inforced. Thats just what people do.. they have free will.
If anyone among us here can realistically do a better job and have a cure all for crime then why the hell aren't we doing it. I'm not lying to myself I KNOW were I national security minister I would have no clue what to do. Thats me.. but if there is anyone who can do a better job why aren't they stepping up? Would you want to inherit that office... even for a day?

So what your saying Raucous that he should not take responsibility for whats going on in the country if this happened in some other country they would have resigned.
When a people starts to boast about they have the upper hand in crime and he's happy and exciting about the new crime plans its gets boring dude how many times has he say this.
You have to understand that he has the resources to curve crime, and he took office of the minister of security he must take responsibility. But if you say that he's not to be blamed you will also say that the minister of health is not to be blamed for the health system the hospitals.
Its like you have this business if the workers don't perform but the boss does nothing to push the workers to work and the company fails who is to be blamed, the workers no the boss.

Come on RauCous open you eyes i know its not his fault for murders but he has the resources and wtf he does boast all the time about his new crime plan, remember 2 years ago the prime minister said that crime will not be the same next year meaning last year and this year.
So if he's not to be blamed raucous who is to be blamed yes us at a point but god forbid somethings happens to a family member of yours and you don't get justice you will see where i'm coming from.
This is not hati he should take responsibility and resign did you see what happened in England how the ministers resigned because they were not performing for the people.

From what i read for you your still dreaming and not seeing what is happening around us.
