Its better than the yellow in terms of luminance. Its a brighter light which will allow you to see a lot more since its 48 LEDs. As for dazzle, can't really answer that.

That can be see generally which is the way how we can get to have generally attempt. For me seeing it throughout makes a mark which is the way it can all be managed to me.
