Download vista service pack2

Guys Vista Service Pack 2 came out since like may i think, but i have a problem i can't get it to download in the automatic down loader ( Windows auto update) Why is that, i tried searching for updates but still no help, plus i have all the latest updates updates.
I don't know what to do how to get windows to automatically download the update.

I can't download it directly i don't have high speed i need to get it on the automatic windows updater.

Hmm..you can still download it even if you have dial-up. Might take till next week to finish though!

Maybe its just not available on the windows update have you ever taught of that?
