I was told by many victims of crimes they never reported their crimes - only about 1/2 the crimes committed in TNT are being reported---why --because victims of crimes fear the criminals may return or they fear reporting the crimes to the very same people who may be committing the crimes ---No one can be trusted --imagine billions of tax dollars are being spent every year on a security system that cannot be trusted by the public-----hardly a day will pass without you hearing about someone being murdered somewhere-- We are nothing short of ---
