I remember we used to make pastels when i was younger...

as kids we used to lick d batter bowl clean before it reached d sink!!! lol

some ah d traditions by me r painting...cleaning out...putting up new curtains...fixing d roof and sunning out d cushions....we bake d black cake...d ham...make sorrel juice...strain d ginger beer and taste d puncheon rum in d ponche de crème...also christians attend Midnight Mass on Christmas Eve....here in trini Christmas is ah time for d family...we does go house to house paranging....non Christians like we...drink rum an dance to chutney music an lime till morning!!!
