While many persons in the country go hungry.......some 200 tonnes of rice valued at approximately $400,000 is currently being left to rot by the PNM gov't with birds defecating on it.
Why is this happening? Is it typical PNM incompetence and cluelessness or is it that the PNM deliberately refuses to let that rice be processed and enter the marketplace bcuz their importing financier friends stand to lose if that happens?
