It is very sad - shameful exposing your true failure and loosing respect when you have to use the treasury as a friendship store giving away the tax payers money all over the place paying and begging people to arrange to have other people chat with you and misleading the public letting them think your conversation was welcome and important - When people are very disappointed in you and no one wants to talk to you or associate themselves with you a simple chat with anyone can cost the tax payers millions of dollars ---
