Is 2 condoms better than one?

hmmm no no NOOOOOOOOOO 2 Condoms is not the flick my sister is 17 and she wanted to have sex, but was so scared of becomin pregnant, that she encouraged the guy to use 2 condoms and both of them burst from the constant rubbing (friction) and today she's 5 months preggy! SOOO...2 condoms is a NO...
