Try the video link in the Campaign 41 Launches post and see if its available for those outside of the US. Their site seems to be overloaded but the video stream has been pretty solid .

JumpTV is not free for non-US and non-Caribbean folks. So folks in Europe or Australasia will have only WinTV (www.wintvworld.com) available for free. winTV is a new station and their graphics are limited to using Excel to show bar graphs, the results are just being read out by the election panel (Gideon Hanoomansingh, robin Montano and Nizam Mohammed), so one may as well listen to radio streams. What used to be TV6 has a bunch of dead links on their website which don't work so TV6 is no longer available online in any fashion (what a waste of an opportunity - they had arguably the best coverage last elections).
