Since when is the Trinidad Express an avenue for press releases. With it’s traffic rank being number 22 you would expect that the quality would not reflect the literal numbers of their rank position, plus the press release niche has already been filled.

After previously releasing only 39 out of the 40 official categories for the 2007 International Soca Awards the Organization has released the nominees for the 39th Category.
