As a barometer on the buzz generated by the submitted stories we now have “Tuesday Tags” where the Top 5 Tags as of today and every Tuesday will be featured and discussed.

The tags are generated and can be seen in their entirety using the Tag Cloud button in the header. A little background on the usefulness of the feature:

A tag cloud (or weighted list in visual design) can be used as a visual depiction of content tags used on a website. Often, more frequently used tags are depicted in a larger font or otherwise emphasized, while the displayed order is generally alphabetical. Thus both finding a tag by alphabet and by popularity is possible. Selecting a single tag within a tag cloud will generally lead to a collection of items that are associated with that tag.

Tuesday February 6th 2007 - Top 5 Tags

It is not surprising that the top tag as of today is Carnival with us being in the season. Closely following Carnival is Crime which I hope is not a sign of the season as we urge everyone to keep safe and be aware.
Machel, HD and Soca all make up the remainder of the Top 5 as news of his performances and the pimped bus was featured.
